The online withdrawal feature on Mytopia is still under development, which means starting from the next month, all English authors will be paid through manual payment method. We will change your payment method to manual pay. Though there will be a delay in receiving the pay since manual is slower than online withdrawal, please be assured that you will get your current month's payment without missing a penny before the end of the next calendar month. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will let you know as soon as the online withdrawal feature is launched on Mytopia App. Thanks so much for your understanding!
